Crew Member
Betty Lou's crew members provide our guests with an
exceptional experience during our two and three
hour cruises. Prior to each cruise, you'll be loading
food and beverages aboard our yachts, setting up our
buffet serving area, and getting the cabin ready for
guests. During the cruise, you will serve food and
drinks, prepare guest checks, accept cash and credit
card payments, keep the boat clean, and provide our
guests with information about the menu. Following
each cruise, you will clean up the boat, do dishes, and
perform other tasks needed to prepare the boat for
the next cruise. Crew members can expect to work
between 10 and 35 hours per week depending on
your availability and our cruise schedule.
Qualifications:
We're looking for people with excellent interpersonal skills who can work both independently and as part of a team. Successful crew members must be reliable and able to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. We expect careful attention to detail. Our crew members will work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Restaurant experience is not required; we will hire for attitude and train for skills. Due to alcohol serving regulations, our crew members must be at least 18 years of age. You must be fluent in English and be honest, dependable and forthright. You must hold a valid driver's license.
